1. Provider and Service

Tradizly is an account-based tool for recording and organizing trading information through the features available in the application.

2. Technical Requirements and Account

You need internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and necessary cookies enabled, and an email address supported by the sign-in service.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

3. Contract and Termination

The agreement begins when you create an account or use the authenticated Service under these Terms and continues until terminated.

You may terminate it at any time by stopping use and requesting account deletion by email. If applicable law gives you a withdrawal right, you may exercise it by sending us a clear statement within the statutory period.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary because of a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason.

4. User Obligations

You must not:

• Provide unlawful content or data you have no right to use.
• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Bypass security or access controls, disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, or access another user’s account.
• Use Tradizly for fraud, abuse, or other harmful activity.

5. Purpose and User Responsibility

Tradizly is a trade-log and organizational tool. It is not a broker and does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

You remain responsible for checking information stored or presented by Tradizly and for your trading, financial, tax, and legal decisions.

6. Availability and Liability

We may maintain, change, or temporarily interrupt the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate user-provided information, use contrary to these Terms, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Complaints

Send complaints using the email listed on the Contact page. Include your account email, a description of the issue, and the result you request. Do not include passwords or authentication codes.

We will respond within 14 days using the email address associated with the complaint.

8. Changes, Law, and Consumer Rights

Changes apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms. Where required by law, we will give advance notice or request renewed acceptance.

Polish law governs these Terms. This choice does not remove mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their residence or their right to use a competent court.
